You would provide your Birth-given Full Name (and if you are a married female, your Married Surname) along with your full Birthdate. This starts your whole process, and later if a name change is desired for encouraging certain outcomes, this can be discussed. **Note: A name change is NOT a process for a first-time client because the magnitude of changes (“cleansing reactions”) could be too overwhelming if the recipient is not ready.**
